Fairtree is the culmination of many years of hard work, unwavering commitment and extraordinary skills and expertise of all the members of the Fairtree family, resulting in the whole being much greater than the sum of its parts, as Aristotle observed.
We strive to create a business culture where the work family and personal families are not in conflict, as we are passionate about personal relationships flourishing, and creating an environment where we reach our full potential. We truly believe that this will result in our work having a greater purpose, being more rewarding and ultimately ensuring that we are able to enrich the lives of our stakeholders. Fairtree has given us the opportunity to build a business that serves all its stakeholders: helping clients by constructing investment products that are tailored for their specific needs; creating a work environment and company structure that allows employees and partners to live out their career dreams; and treating all service providers with fair and just practices, whilst focusing on excellence in everything we do.
We started small, stayed involved and served clients in the best way he knew how, living by values of excellence, integrity, growth, relationships and family.
The foundation of Fairtree has always been the principles and values we established and wholeheartedly have been operating in from the earliest days of the business. Our authentic culture of trust and mutual support has created a unique environment in which I have been able to grow and express myself not only professionally, but also personally, while journeying with wonderfully talented, like-minded people.
I believe Fairtree is a powerful tool enabling us in our mission to put all involved in a better position to live their individual or shared callings. This value add to all stakeholders motivates me to faithfully keep on moving forward on our journey.

Joining Fairtree, I partnered with two people whom I deeply respect. I enjoy being part of an organisation that has helped me achieve my greater purpose and has a direct impact on our clients’ lives, by helping them reach their unique dreams.
I have built the deepest and most meaningful friendships since joining the Fairtree team. Our people are important and that’s not just a slogan or something we pay lip-service to.
Having joined Fairtree early on when we only managed two equity hedge funds, I have been part of the growth from a small team to the business we are today.
This journey has offered me the opportunity to contribute to product development, expansion of the business in new areas and the establishment and expansion of our operational capability.

I was initially intrigued, and attracted by the unique and special relationships that exist between the Fairtree team and saw an opportunity to broaden our impact and reach.
Being part of the Fairtree team has been an anchor and an alignment of my own values with a group of highly talented individuals who are at the pinnacle of their careers. My role has allowed me to grow personally and professionally as we deliver investment excellence to a wide and growing client base, whilst making a meaningful impact on the communities that we serve.
As the fourth employee to be hired, I was part of the original team that started Fixed Income as an asset class at Fairtree.
Being part of the Fairtree team is a great opportunity to be an equity holder within a larger fund management house.
Being part of Fairtree has allowed me to be part of a company where I can make a difference. As an equity holder, I have the opportunity to develop new solutions and chart their strategy, investment process and philosophy.

The straight-jacket of bureaucracy is stifling to me and I appreciate a small entrepreneurial firm that attracted people with a similar value system. I don’t consider Fairtree to be my employer, it feels much more like a team of friends.
The professional, entrepreneurial culture and values, attracted me to Fairtree. I am surrounded by very talented people whom I trust, both personally and professionally and appreciate the environment which encourages and stimulates original thought, growth and excellence.
