Fairtree Hotel Investments, a division of Fairtree Operational Real Estate, is a specialist operational real estate adviser focused on hotel real estate investment strategies in the UK and Europe. On behalf of various high-net-worth and institutional investors, we aim to deliver long-term shareholder returns through a combination of capital allocation advisory services and operational management strategies. We advise on open-ended funds and bespoke investment advisory services, based on investor risk- and return requirements. Since launching in 2011 the division has successfully completed over 30 hotel transactions, in excess of £350m in value.
